Previously, i did a few blog entries on some products and workout routines
i've tried to tone my flabby legs.
I've noticed that many of my readers are interested in finding ways to tone and slim down so i thought

i should just blog about more tips on how i keep myself fit and slim too! (:
I must say i am not a very healthy person myself because i do eat junk food from time to time.
I do not exercise frequently too however, i'll always try to workout at least once a week!
So instead of trying to find time to workout and stuff, i tried to take up some new habits that would help me change my life and slim and in a healthy way (:

I have tried many tips online on how to lose weights and out of all the tips i tried,
here are the top 5 tips that i wanna share with all my readers because it works on me!^^

When you wake up in the morning,
your body is pretty dehydrated because you don't drink water in the night.
This results in the decrease of your metabolism when you wake up.
A cold glass of water in the morning can actually help to re-hydrate and boost your metabolism!
This means that you can burn your calories faster and more efficiently!

Examples of fizzy drinks are COKE, PEPSI, SARSI... etc
These soda drinks have lots of sugar in them and they are really unhealthy and fattening!
They can also be addictive so it might be really hard for some of your girls

5. DO NOT EAT 3 HOURS
BEFORE YOU SLEEP!
Frankly speaking, i still have trouble trying to stick to this habit now.
As i always tend to stay up late to finish my assignments and blog,

i have the tendency to crave for food.
SUPPER is always my midnight serial killer.

So in order to help in keeping this habit,
i'll try to take fruits and/or steamed broccoli for supper.
In fact, try to sleep early!
