Timbre @ Substation

Yup!!

Like what the title says...

I went for a mini gathering with a bunch of good friends from NYP^^

Here's my #ootd !!

As i met Vino aka my son :P
earlier tht day, we went to eat the famous "Lao Ban" chilled soya beancurd.
It's my first time trying out this famous beancurd!!
I heard it a lot of times but didn't had time to try it out!!

See my son?!
Heehee...

We tried it at the Old Airport Road Market.

At first, we are expecting a long queue...

but surprisingly, there wasn't a queue at all!!!
So we just bought 2 bowls to try out.

There's only 2 flavours, the origianl and the almond.

I tried the almond while vino tried the original.

It was amazing!!!
The beancurd just miraculously turns into liquid after you put into your mouth!!!
I like totally stunned by that effect and so i did stupid things like scooping a spoonful of beancurd and start shaking it to see if it turns to liquid...
LOL.

ok,, but it didn't change at all..
still solid .__.

This is my first time finishing a bowl of soya beancurd myself without complaining at all!!!
TOO NICE ALREADY!!! :DD

Hence, after we emptied our bowls..

we wanted to buy another bowl for our friend but guess what?!!

Here's the scary loooong queue everyone around me was talking about.

LOL.

we were too lucky at first..

now have to wait .__.

The scary thing is everyone in the queue actually bought more than 2bowls of beancurd except us.

When we told the aunty we just want 1 bowl.. the aunty was like..

"huh? 1 bowl only uh??...OK!!"
Than the rest of the people queue-ing was like
"5 bowls of original..THANK YOU!!"
LOL.

Camwhore while queue-ing...

This is the girl that is enjoying her 1 bowl of LAO BAN beancurd we queued for soooo long.

Went to Timbre at Substation for dinner and drinks with the peeps^^

Love the atmosphere...
The ambience is really nice except that Singapore is wayyyy to humid & hot!!
Totally miss Sydney's cooling weather and wind chills!!
Wonder how can i hate that feeling when i was there?!
