POO-B-GONE!

If you have been following my Instagram and Twitter, you would have know that I've been on a school's bazaar selling a product of my group's invention (:

Ok, back to today's topic.

As year 3 students of NYP's Diploma is Molecular Biotechnology, we have a module called the

Bio Innovation and Enterprise. This module teaches us how to go about inventing a product and

making an enterprise out of it!

Something our school is known for, The Innovative Polytechnic!

One of the main part into enterprising is to sell our product to see how sell-able our product is.

Hence, we had a mini bazaar in school to sell our inventions (:

WHY THE INVENTION OF POO-B-GONE?

With the increasing amount of pet lovers and pet owners in this society, we have an increase of non-toilet trained pets that tend to poop at areas that create stubborn stains that are really hard to get rid of.

Pets such as dogs and cats also tend to leave urine markers around that produces a foul odor

that are really hard to get rid off too!

SO WHAT IS POO-B-GONE?

POO-B-GONE is a product designed to effectively remove urine, fecal odors and stubborn stains

with just a few sprays! It's environmentally-friendly, user-friendly and affordable! It is a product we

invented to improve lives of pet owners and their pets, allowing them to enjoy each other's company

with our product which aims to improve their quality of life!

Kah wao is part of our team but unfortunately, he isn't around to help out at the bazaar as he needs to go for his NS administration stuff. So yup...

Lastly, 2 in 1 sanitizer for all your electronic gadgets!

There are more groups with their own inventions however, i did not have time to walk around and take photos as i am my group's marketer. I must say it was a very successful event because we sold all
20 bottles in just 2 hours!

We were even on our school's Facebook Page!
LOL!!!

Before i end this post,

i would like to thank my groupmates (this includes Kah wao)!
THANK YOU SOOO MUCH for making this semester a wonderful and happening one for me
Tho we had our ups and downs but we made it through together (:
This may be our last time working together & it will also be the most memorable time i have in NYP!

My confession. A student woes.

Hello!
Haven't been blogging much because my common test is around the corner >.<
Projects are piling up and most of the deadlines are around the corner too!!!

Hence,

i'm gonna blog about my woes, my confession about a usual student life.
Which that includes most of the students (i suppose).

You may or may not be a science student.
Be it engineering, business, IT, design students..
So long as you are a poly students and is working part-time while studying,

i bet you're in the category i'm gonna blog about.

This is basically the life of a science student .__.

& that includes me.

We always get super exhausted due to the piles of work we have to do..
All the work include our daily school routine, part-time jobs, BGR (i admit, that takes up time as well), friends gatherings etc etc...

To me, my part-time job does takes up most of my time.
& that explains why i always can't finish my school work.
Or i should say..

I can't deny Facebook has been addictive ever since it existed.
Instagram, Blogger and Twitter has also been my usual routine.

This explains why i always do not have time and energy to finish up all my assignments and projects by the end of the day ):
It's like, i can't really leave them all out as well..
So all i did was to spend my nights working on my projects and assignments.

Project's deadline is queuing one after another & the best thing is...
Common test comes right after it.

Oh wells...
Anyway,, now it's the time to finalize the projects on hand and move on to the revision part.
But im wayyyyy too lazy.
I mean seriously.
When the weekends are near,

i'll always tell myself to study this week, the week after...
& guess what happen?!

or worst still..

But when Sunday comes..
most of us will just still do the same...
Laze around and do nothing..
Nothing got to do with school.

& then...
when the deadlines are 1 or 2 days away...

I'm trying to change all the bad habits of last minute work and gaining more motivation as this is my last semester before im officially a graduate of NYP.

So yea,

i'm gonna have a blog post on how to manage your time, relax and gain motivations to study!!

The Final Lap

I have to blog about my FYP life before the new semester starts!!
So here it is...

The Final Lap.
Took all these photos on the last day of FYP when we do our poster presentations (:

I'm from NYP

(if you guys still do not know).

The course i am studying in is Molecular Biotechnology.

Basically FYP means Final Year Project.

It is a module that majority of the poly year 3 students need to take.

Not all students will need to take FYP...

NP's Accountancy & my course's specializing in Biomedical

are some of the courses that do not need to take FYP.

Instead, they will do longer periods of attachments and/or clinical trails.

Anyways...

i had 3months of attachment in Sydney & YES, i blogged about it!!

This is the first post to the whole Sydney trip. (:

& after the attachment,
i went on to have my FYP for the next 3months locally in NYP.

In this 3months,

I remember my first day to FYP, everyone was warning me to be careful of

this man because he was known to be a very fierce man.

He catches people who are late & hates lazy people etc..
LOL.
But when Darryl & I came into the picture, everything change!!
We create havoc & always joke with him...
Apparently many said that he has changed his attitude towards the students after we came in..
:P
We're jokers of the lab!!! ^^v
